• How do we go about with booking THE WEDDING TOAST Team to photograph our wedding ? 

  We are so glad that you liked our work and are looking at us to photograph your special day. So  the  earlier  we  connect and discuss,  the  better  it  is  for  us  to  understand  how best we can work together.  After  the  introduction  and  agreeing  on  the  style  of  work,  you need  to  promise  with  an  advance  of  50%  of  the  whole  package. A contract is sent to you with the scope of work along with details of payment agreements and deliverables. The Inquiry Request Form  above can be a good conversation starter ! Please provide as much details as possible for us to create a customised package for you. The contract is to be agreed and signed by the client so we both are on the same page and know everything in black and white for no confusions later.

  The Wedding Toast comes with an experience of over 150 intimate & luxury weddings across the world. It is built on a strong foundation of trust and satisfaction of our couples. We consider ourselves fortunate that brides and grooms across the world continue to invite us for the most important days of their lives.

  Our style is best described as CREATIVE, NATURAL & DOCUMENTARY. We believe in being part of your family celebration and document your special days to look back. We want your candid wedding pictures & films to feel real, honest that you will remember the day as is.

  As one of the best in the industry for wedding photos and films, The Wedding Toast offers unmatched service and delivery excellence. Every wedding is approached differently with the couple in mind and is carefully processed to ensure absolute authenticity of the moment and emotions captured.

• What is the payment structure to book the team for our wedding ?

  An  advance  of  50% of  the  agreed  amount  has  to be paid  for  us  to book the dates for you.  Balance 50% either on the event dates OR within a week after the wedding.

• Do you do destination weddings? What additional fees are associated with destination weddings?

  While THE WEDDING TOAST team is based in Mumbai (Bombay), India, we serve clients all around the world. And yes, we travel wherever the weddings take us ! We are all passport ready and have travelled extensively for almost 200+ weddings we have covered. THE WEDDING TOAST Team would love to be a part of your wedding whether it is in India or anywhere in the world. Accommodation, Food & Travel to be borne by client.

• Can  we  meet  before  we  book  a  date ?

  We highly  recommend  that ! If  possible, we  will  set  up  an  in-person  meeting  or  Video Call chat  at  a  time  convenient  for  both  of  us.  

                                                 

• What  do  we  get  in  the  package ?

  PHOTOGRAPHY :Full coverage of events ( Candid Pictures of family, friends & dear ones ) + For destination weddings, an on Location Complimentary Couple Portrait Session + High-res and Web-res edited images on an Online Gallery. The deliverables comprise of finely processed images by our in-house editor.

  CINEMATOGRAPHY : Every film is custom made,  it goes through many iterations before the final delivery. So that it appeals to you and can be watched again and again. Usually it takes 3-4 months to deliver a complete film based on our work schedule. Your wedding film is edited by our in-house editor.

• What exactly is a pre/post wedding couple portraiture ?

  Pre/ Post Wedding Couple Portraiture is a chance to break the ice between the couple and THE WEDDING TOAST Team. It gives us a chance to understand your best moments in an informal setting so that we are well prepared on your wedding day. This is typically a photo session but video can be opted for and is usually scheduled at the time convenient for both of us. 

• Do you deliver every image you shoot ?

  No, we do not. We delete duplicate images, test shots, missed focus shots, shots with bad expressions and other such images. With our expertise of processing millions of images each year, we delete ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best ones.

• How many hours you suggest we set aside for wedding day photos ?

  Ideal Time Allotment - 30 to 45 minutes. Having at least 30 minutes for details ensures that we have plenty of time for perfect photos. It is your special day, so allow us sometime to make those gorgeous images that will live forever. The couple portrait/family session on the wedding is a very important aspect of the story hence please allow us ample time to document it both in photo and film.
